Match Account Script Configuration
This page documents the configuration parameters for the match_account script used in task creation.
Overview
The match_account script is used to automatically match and synchronize TikTok, Instagram or Threads accounts logged in on a device with TikMatrix's account database. It scans the accounts currently logged into the app on the device and updates the account status in TikMatrix accordingly.
This script is useful when you have manually logged into accounts on a device and want TikMatrix to recognize and manage those accounts. Run this script once per device after logging in to new accounts.
Supported. The script reads every profile from the app's Settings → Switch accounts sheet, which lists them all at once, so one pass covers the device.
Threads signs in with Instagram accounts, so the same handle is often a real Instagram handle too. Matching Threads only ever touches your Threads accounts — an Instagram account of the same name is left exactly as it was.
Script Configuration (script_config)
The match_account script does not require any configuration parameters. You can pass an empty object.
